Self-Love Is Not Selfish

Self-Love is not an excuse to abandon responsibilities or ignore our loved ones. It's not meant to increase isolation or make us less connected. The purpose of Self-Love is to be fully ourselves, feel accepted for who we are, and feel that we belong. We are not islands, we are humans.

I’m Lucinda Loveland

I’m a therapist trained in trauma-informed, attachment-based care, and I work through the lens of Interpersonal Neurobiology — which simply means I pay attention to how your brain, body, and relationships all connect.

I want to start with this: I’m not here to fix you. Because you are not broken.

What I am here to do is help you remove the fog — the stress, the self-doubt, the old patterns — and give you the resources to reconnect with yourself. Underneath that fog, you are someone who deserves to feel fulfilled, confident, and loved.

That’s exactly why I created The Self-Love Reset. It’s a therapist-guided workshop designed to give you a repeatable reset whenever life knocks you off course. You’ll get a powerful teaching and journaling prompts you can return to again and again.
